Double bedroom (3x4m) in 2 bedroom house (70sqm) with a patio and garden, shared with myself (landlord).

I am looking for a easy-going 20-30 year old full time working professional, female preferred. My home is quiet, clean and minimal. There is no clutter and plenty of storage. I would like someone who looks after this house as their own. I have flat shared elsewhere in the past and I've had a lodger for the last 7 months who is now moving out.

You'll be sharing with just myself, rather than lots of random people. I can keep to myself, but also be sociable.

I am flexible with the period of stay and notice, just let me know your requirements.

Rent and bills: The rent is £625 a month including electricity, water, wifi and council tax. There is no TV licence at the property.

Lovely sized north facing bedroom with large windows overlooking the street. It is a quiet area.

About the house: Kitchen/lounge with south facing garden with furniture and patio. Shared downstairs WC, shared upstairs bathroom with shower/bath.

Utilities: Washing machine, dishwasher, airfryer, oven, hob, kettle, microwave.

Your room: Double bed (M&S mattress) with M&S furniture - bedside table, dressing table and chair, chest of draws. There is also a open wardrobe.

Parking: There is plenty of street parking for free.

Other: Non-smokers only. No overnight guests/remote working/children/pets.

There will be a signed written contract, as well as carrying out a right to rent check.
