I have a beautiful double room available in my house in Ashley Cross; just a five minute walk from Parkstone train station (with direct services to London) and just around the corner from fantastic pubs and restaurants and the lovely Poole Park. Sandbanks beach is a 7 minute drive away.

The house has been completely refurbished and has three floors. It would suit someone who takes pride in their home and is super clean and tidy :) The house will be shared with me.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a stunning bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. There is additional storage available if needed.

The house is equipped with everything you could want including a large kitchen with all the mod cons (dishwasher, washer dryer, large double oven range cooker, microwave etc) dining area, lounge and private sunny garden.

All bills including high speed internet are included.
