We have lovely, en-suite rooms available in our quiet, detached, peaceful guest house. Fleetwater Guest House. Bus stop opposite the house to Poole centre, and another bus stop close by for other locations including Bournemouth. Please see location map.

We are a lovely little guest house, (we only want a maximum of 4 quiet people in total!) - we are now switching over to long term guests. So you will get a gorgeous ensuite room for a heavily reduced price.

6 MONTH MINIMUM STAY

We are a 5 minute walk to Poole Hospital and 10 minute walk to Poole Park/Dolphin Shopping Centre/Leisure Centre/15 min walk to train station. Great location as everything is walking distance to amenities including a Tesco Express and Co-op.

We don’t have outdoor space but there is a lovely, large green park opposite the house less than 20 seconds away from the front door! There are seats you can sit on and enjoy the distant harbour views and Brownsea Island. (Some guests have camping chairs they put on the grass!).

ROOM 1:

KINGSIZED bed, comfy chairs, double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and big flatscreen t. v.. Ensuite with bath, shower, toilet and sink.

Single occupancy only.
£180 PER WEEK - Rent payable weekly in advance. - all bills included.
£180 PER WEEK - Small deposit (returned on your last day.)

2 week minimum leaving notice required.


Locked area with CCTV for bikes.

We are available to offer ‘occasional ‘ laundry services (wash, dry and fold) for a fee, but there is a laundromat about 10 minute walk away .


NO SMOKING/NO VAPING

Free regular clean of guest rooms and communal areas so you don’t have to 😉

Use of shared guest dining room which has basic cooking facilities: single hob, air fryer, 2 microwaves, toaster, kettle, sink. Fridge/freezers, food storage cupboards.



For your peace of mind, we have current up to date safety certificates: gas/boiler safety, fire alarm & emergency lighting, and electrical appliance testing certificate. We are also DBS checked.



We are a quiet , clean, warm and cosy guest house and respect guest’s privacy .As owners, we have our own private separate living areas within the property.

It is very peaceful here and perfect for guests who work shifts at the hospital (We currently have 3 lovely nurses staying with us).

We are sorry but we do not allow visitors - this ensures we have a lovely peaceful house.
