The bedroom has a double bed, storage, and a TV, plus an en-suite with shower, toilet and basin.

There’s a separate lounge with a compact kitchenette that includes a washing machine, fridge, hob, sink, and a combi microwave/oven, along with a comfy sofa and another TV. You’ve got everything you need in your own private space.

You also get your own little private courtyard with a table and 2 chairs (great for morning coffee) and there’s space to store a bike. Off road parking is available too.

Location
We’re on Whitecliff Road, opposite Whitecliff Harbourside Park, so loads of green space and harbour walks on your doorstep. Ashley Cross and Parkstone Station are about a 10-minute walk.

Who it would suit
It would be perfect for one calm, tidy professional who wants their own space in a nice area. It’s not suitable for couples.

About us
I live in the main house with my son and our friendly dog, and there’s also a separate 2-bed annexe at the back rented to long-term tenants. The 1 bed is a self-contained lodging and share services with the main house (which is why all bills are included).
