The flat is near the town centre in Poole and close to all amenities and transport hubs. The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk and the bus/coach and High Street less than 10 minutes walk. It is also 15 minutes walk away from Poole hospital.
The room is a spacious double-room with unsuite and a big wardrobe. It is partially furnished. The price is £750 per month, all bills included. The App doesn't let me change the wrong weekly price that appears there for some reason.
I am willing to be flexible for the right tenant. Ideally, I would prefer to rent the room to a teacher or an NHS worker (who will get a special discount) but I am open to other professionals.. If in doubt, do not hesitate to drop me a line. Thanks.
