A double bedroom with lots of natural light, radiator, double bed, with a large under-bed drawer. You are very welcome to bring your own wardrobe etc or I am happy to provide.

There are 2 other bedrooms in the bungalow. One occasionally occupied by myself and the other occupied by my adult daughter and her tiny Chorkie dog.

The living room is large and bright, with a free view TV and dining area. The bathroom has a bath, shower & a cabinet. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & fridge freezer.

Access to the rear garden is included, along with off road parking for 1 car.

The bungalow is in a quiet cul de sac in west Canford Heath, close to several bus routes, supermarkets & gyms.

All bills are included (if kept to a reasonable level) - electric, gas, water, council tax, broadband. Everyone contributes to keeping the house clean & tidy.
