We have a single room coming available in a large house on Blandford Road in Hamworthy. It has a single bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk and radiator. You will share the bathroom, fitted kitchen with use of washing machine, fridge and freezer and large lounge dining room with 1 other fella. There is wifi and Sky tv. The train station is close, a bus stop is outside the house and there is off road parking. Close to Post Office, Doctors, Dentist, Chemist and Pub. Another male professional lives in the annexe so only share the kitchen with him. You will be required to do your share of keeping the house clean and tidy. The rent is 450. 00 per month which includes all utility bills and is payable monthly in advance. No deposit is required.
