We have a Double room with en-suite coming available on 1st March 2026 in a large house on Blandford Road in Hamworthy. It has a double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and radiator. You will share the fitted kitchen with use of washing machine, fridge and freezer and large lounge/dining room with the rest of the household . There is wifi and Sky tv. The train station is close, a bus stop is outside the house and there is off road parking. Close to Doctors, Dentist, Chemist and Pub. Another male professional lives in the annexe so only share the kitchen with him. You will be required to do your share of keeping the house clean and tidy. The rent is 725. 00 per month which includes all utility bills and is payable monthly in advance. No deposit is required.
