Walking distance to the Poole Hospital, Poole Centre, and other shops nearby. Good for bus routes to Poole or Bournemouth

In the living room there is a TV . Virgin fibre optic broadband is available throughout the house via wireless .

The rent includes all bills .

Would suit working professional, references required. It’s a friendly house with space to do your own thing or be sociable. On street parking but always lots of space.
Light clean Bathroom with shower and bath is shared with one person.

Have very occasionally have a friendly dog staying over night.
