Hi there!
My name is Lucy and I’m a teacher from Weymouth. I have just moved into a lovely big house, just off Preston Road. It has a large lounge/diner, patio doors leading to the garden, a double garage, and will have a newly refurbished kitchen by your move-in date!
I live alone and I am single, but have many pets. I had an old dog, 2 house cats and 5 guinea pigs, who have a lovely indoor enclosure in their own room! There will be no pet duties, apart from the odd feeding if I am away for the weekend or something- this is a rarity though, so please don’t think it’s a necessary duty!

The room I have to offer is very bright and big, with a newly fitted en suite. It will come with a double divan bed and fitted wardrobes (although I may change these later on).
There will be ample room for a chest of drawers, desk, and even a small easy chair if you like, or have your own to bring. The house is very close to several shops and post office, and directly on the bus route to town, with regular buses running daily.

I am easy to get along with, and enjoy chilling out and fannying around in the house and garden. I have many house plants, and am in the process of sorting the garden out too. I gym regularly as well, so happy to have someone join me!
I love cooking, so happy to share cooking duties if that is something you are in to! Happy to share the lounge and kitchen, but maybe a TV in your room will be useful to ensure you can get your own space too.

Ideally I would like a young professional person, who is clean, tidy and respectful, but also up for chilling or hanging out a few nights a week. I have friends to visit now and again, but it would be nice to get to know someone new too. I enjoy nights out now and then, as well as going round charity shops, making art, hiking, beach combing and getting brunch out.

Open to Monday-Friday lets if that is suitable also.

Broadband will be included, other bills to be discussed.
