Single room

We are a married professional couple and live in a 3 bed house, with spacious lounge, conservatory and kitchen all available for shared use. The house is located in a quiet village about 3 miles from Bridport.

There is a double room available for mon- fri (for right tenants could be 7 days) rental until 01 February 2020.
We are willing to consider a couple in double room with price adjustment of an additional £150/month. This room has capacity to be double, twin or bunk beds.

We also have a single room available mon- fri, term time only also until 01.02.20. (Please note that the single room is used by our son at weekends and school holidays so will not available during these times.) Rent will be charged on a weekly basis for this room.

We are a one bathroom household hence lower room rent price.

We are looking for professional people who are accepting of our two wellbehaved dogs who love a bit if fuss and a cuddle.

Both rooms are furnished, and we can make space for you to leave items over the weekend.

All Bill's such as broadband, electric, gas are included in rent. Landline use will incur additional costs of what is used.
