The lovely room is situated on the second floor and benefits from it's own en-suite.
Comes with brand new double bed and mattress but no other furniture. However, it can also be provided fully furnished if required.

The property offers a large communal fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob. There is also a generous and comfortable communal living area providing an ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of a working day. All utility bills and internet are included in the rent.
Food and toiletries are not. There is off road parking outside the house.

Any form of let will be considered so Mon - Fri or even just a couple of nights.

My partner and I are both full time working professionals. She travels to work whilst I primary work from home on the second floor office.
We are both tidy and clean, so would be looking for someone similar.
