Lovely home in central Sherborne

Living room

Hello!

I'm an accountant working in London and from home. I'm looking for a friendly housemate who will enjoy their own space as well as hopefully get to know me and be social too!

The house is a 10 minute walk to Sherborne Station with direct links to London Waterloo and Exeter and about 5 minutes walk into the center of town where there are lots of great coffee shops and pubs!

The room available is a double room (fully furnished), with a desk, side table and a built in wardrobe. You would be welcome to change the decoration and put up your own pictures/artwork on the walls if you wanted so it feels more homely to you. The bathroom is shared (only with me).

The shared space:
- There is a small courtyard/patio at the back that leads into the garage. It is a nice place to sit when the sun is out.
- There is also a conservatory to enjoy sitting in a sunny spot.
- The garage is available for storage if you needed it.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a small dishwasher, fridge freezer, and a washer-dryer.
- The living room has a large sofa and a TV with access to netflix and chrome casting if you wanted to connect your phone/laptop.

I have all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery needed, but you would be welcome to bring your own too if you wanted to. There is lots of cupboard space!
