A single room in a 4 bedroomed family home in the heart of Tuckton. Situated on the 1st floor.

Shared family bathroom/shower upstairs and shared toilet down stairs and if you’re brave (sea swimmer/SUP’r/surfer) there is a warm outdoor shower!

I’m a working professional living in my family home, (teenagers at uni/college) I am looking for a like minded professional person to rent our spare room.

We have a sunny yard you can use and although there isn’t extra space on my drive, there is roadside parking with no restrictions.

It is 2 min walk to Tuckton Tea Gardens, and the river Stour, also close to the beach. Situated between Southbourne and Christchurch we are on regular bus routes to Bournemouth/Poole and in walking distance to Christchurch train station for London commutes.

A 1 min walk from Tuckton high street with Tescos/Nisa for shopping, a great local butcher, bakery and also a pub/restaurants/cafes & a wine bar.

As I occasionally work from home (and have teenagers!) - I have good wifi/broadband.

All bills included (council tax/energy bills /wifi) with access to all kitchen amenities including washing machine, dishwasher & dryer.

This our family home and would respectfully request no regular over night visitors.

£110 per week; or short term rent up to 3 months- £475 per month.

Mon-Fri offered at a negotiated rate
