The room is designed to feel semi self-contained, so you have independence and privacy with own access if preferred and is available to a tidy, responsible person - working or in full time study for either the entire week, or on a part-time basis pro-rata (e. g. Monday-Friday or any other day combinations as needed).

The property is situated in the quiet residential area, close to Southbourne/Tuckton and Christchurch with good close by bus routes plus only a 15min walk to the beach. The house is also well placed for walking to Bournemouth hospital, JP Morgan, HS University, Rias, plus Christchurch & Pokesdown Train Stations.


There are two other occupants - one of whom is present only during holiday periods. This is a female household. No smoking or pets - sorry.
