Looking for roommate - Double room in Southbourne

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join a lovely shared home with my sister (41, self-employed and the landlord) for an initial 6-month tenancy, with the potential to renew.

The flat is ground floor, and the available room is a bright, south-facing double bedroom. It can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference (wardrobe, drawers and bedside table shown in the photos). The room gets plenty of sunshine in the summer, and there’s a decked garden—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warmer months.

The location is prime Southbourne, just off the high street near Brewhouse / Way Outback, with the beach only a 10-minute walk away.

You’ll be sharing:

A bathroom with a great shower, plus a washing machine/dryer

A well-equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer and a dining table for shared meals

A comfortable lounge with TV, sofa and sofa bed

A decked garden with bike shed and side-gate access

Some additional storage, potentially available

The flat is non-smoking and no pets, please.
