Bright Double Room, Ladies Only, Or Older Gent

A lovely bed to relax in

Lovely double room overlooking south facing garden. Shared kitchen and bathroom. We have a 2 year old spaniel and a 1 year old, who shares the house and we also have three hens.. so plenty of eggs!
There is a shared kitchen with oven, gas cooker, and microwave, and you're welcome to eat in the dining room..
Bedroom consists of an extremely comfortable double bed with a feather and down topper (there are brand new pillows, sheets and duvet) bedside locker, a small clothes hanging cupboard and a chest of drawers. There is a brand new television with freeview and DVD supplied and, of course, Wi-Fi.
The room is a bedsit type, with the bathroom and kitchen shared.. the bathroom has a shower and bath with jacuzzi.
The bedroom overlooks a south facing garden which can be enjoyed year round. There is a pond with rockery and a shady gazebo, ideal in the Summer months. .(DEFINATELY NO SMOKERS OR 'VAPERS!')
The room is for ONE person only preferably female, but professional older man considered. (60's +) An ideal bolt hole. Would suit discerning private person of quiet demenour. Thank you for looking.
