Central, bright, fully furnished 2nd floor flat.

Hi I'm Angela, I am an Optometrist living between Australia and England! My mum has a fully furnished one bed flat in Swanage and she will be coming to Australia with me from the end of May. Her flat will be available to rent from the 22nd May. .It's a lovely bright flat on the second floor right in the middle of Swanage. It's in great condition but needs looking after by anyone staying. For example the sash windows need opening to air the place, it gets condensation on the windows which needs drying daily to keep everything nice......It's fully furnished with everything you would need. If you would be prepared to look after the place and put up with its ideosyncrasies then it might be perfect for you......It's cozy in winter with efficient central heating. There is no parking at the flat. Drop me a line if you might be interested, it's available from 22nd May 2024 and ideally for at least several months plus. It is up for sale but we are not expecting to sell soon because of the leasehold being only 65 years which makes it a little more complex to get a mortgage so we can rent for at least 6 months plus guaranteed and then on rolling contract.
