Please enjoy my peaceful rural family home and garden as your own. You have a king size bed in the large bedroom downstairs with your own en suite lounge (with settee and Smart TV ) and through to a conservatory. Downstairs toilet available.
The family bathroom upstairs is yours alone except for when family visit. Large kitchen. Driveway for car. Lovely pub opposite.
I am looking to support a local person or couple who will be mature, respectful and responsible. I would like to negotiate rent based on them supporting the care of my elderly cat and occasionally my elderly Spaniel. I am often away, so you will have the house mostly to yourself, except when I may visit, plus occasionally my partner and adult children. (Extended family are also staying upstairs for one to two weeks in the summer.)
