Single room in lovely semi rural area

Lovely single room available 1st November. There is a single bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a corner desk top for a PC, a large TV, Sky Q box and broadband. Though the room is not huge, the newly built farm house itself is beautiful, and surrounded by fields with horses grazing. Access is just 100 mtrs from the main road along a private driveway with electric gate to property. Lots of parking space. The main large supermarket is only 1 . 7 miles away (5 mins by car).The bus stops are 2/3 mins walk and en route to Ringwood, Bournemouth, Salisbury etc.
The bedroom & shower room is on the ground floor, with a large kitchen diner and a large garden with seating.
I have 2 cats and am looking for a professional person, someone who is neat and tidy around the home. (like me). I am always friendly and helpful and will welcome the right person into my home.(Which I am certain you will love). Please note that I will require 2 references, 1 from your most recent landlord. I will also need to see your documents for 'right to rent' in the UK.
