Like minded housemate welcomed..

Ad ref# 17215643

This is for a shared property with me in my home, where the rules state that no paying guests are permitred , nor any rentals , so the £1 is put instead of a rental figure as I cant leave it blank. I would have to change my council tax from single occupancy and my housemate would need to pay half as well as half of the pitch fee payable to live here on site .
The heating and electric bills and broadband would be shared amicably and fairly
( there would be no facility for an electric vehicle )

I semi retired 3 years ago and bought a brand new Park Home to be part of a community as living by myself became lonelier.
The style of living with people of a certain age and mind set was appealing and I have found myself with new great neighbours who have become good friends and living in a place where I feel safer than anywhere I've lived before
( and there have been many )
Altho I have my two cockerpoos, who are the greatest company and fun and give me a raison d'etre, I miss the company of someone to share the bills, the ups and downs of life and friendship of living with another human being !

I have been single for a number of years and have given up on any chance of meeting a man to share my life and home with , but do not enjoy living alone .
I am a sociable person , I work part time as a Passenger Assistant with special needs children for Dorset Council.
I have a good relationship with my son his girlfriend, my grandchildren, my daughter and her boyfriend , who all have their own homes and happy lives.

I get that this arrangement is a novel suggestion , but I have lived happily in shared homes before , and feel it could be a great solution for two people to have a happy and harmonious life.

The park I live on has certain site rules , one of which is that we are not permitted to have residents under the age of 45 or to take rent or have paying guests.

So this would be a house share with me and my dogs.
Another rule is that no business can be run from the home and I wouldn't choose to have anybody who works from home, but someone who is happily occupied and goes out and about sharing time between home and their hobbies could work well .
However there are restrictions on noise before and after certain times of the day out of respect for fellow residents.

I am very economical and ecological, I am not an extravagant person , I eat well, fairly healthily , I cook my own food rather than buy ready prepared or convenience food.
The home is arranged in an open plan layout for the kitchen, dining area and living room , but the bedrooms and bathroom and en suite are separate.

The room for the housemate has an en suite shower room , loo and basin, but I would need to use the shower some days as there is only one.
I have a small garden all the way around the home with places to sit and relax ,which I keep neat and tidy and like my few pots and plants .
There is a clothes airer in the garden for drying clothes. There is no tumble dryer (, some residents use and recommend the launderette in West Moors 10 minutes drive away and the breakfast in the next door cafe .
The park is very quiet , we have deer who visit every day in the neighbouring fields.
We have owls and pheasants .
There is a community coffee lounge which is open daily for communal use
There are social events organised for residents at different times of the year .

The park is pet friendly, dogs have to be kept on leads while around the park , cats have more freedom!
There is a rule of 2 dogs per home, which I already have , so sorry no more room for another pet .

The location is fairly quiet , 5 minute drive from Three Legged Cross where there are two convenience stores , one with a post office.
It is about 15 minutes to Verwood where there is a big Morrisons supermarket , a small Lidl ,a Tesco Express , Costa, various places to eat, a Post Office , Doctors Surgery , charity shops, hairdressers and an Industrial Estate .
Hilliers Garden Centre and outlet stores of Lakeland , Corton Rraders , Mountain Warehouse are 5 minute drive along Horton Road towards Woolsbridge and onto Ringwood and the main roundabout to join the spur Road A338 to Bournemouth and A31 West to Southampton and East to Ferndown and Poole.

Note I won't consider anybody with a generic advert where it doesn't tell me anything about yourself and what you're looking for in a housemate
