2 loft rooms

We have two loft rooms - one bedroom and one chill area. Our home is in a quiet residential area on the Broadwey/Upwey border, just off of Dorchester Road. We are walking distance from the train station and the bus stop to Dorchester and Weymouth are across the road. There is on road parking, first come first served.
We are a married couple, both in full time professional jobs. Looking for a lodger who works or studies. Work from home not suitable.
We are both vegan. We do not expect our lodger to be but we would prioritise a vegan or vegetarian person.
Looking for someone calm and respectful with a standard work pattern. Our dog is very noisy when people arrive home so we need to respect the neighbours with noise levels.
No overnight guests. This is a single occupancy agreement.
All bills included excluding food.
Must be confident around a strong dog (staffie).
