House is very clean and tidy and prospective sharer must be clean and tidy preferably non smoker, professional.
Rooms both have tv points and are spacious with new furniture, beds etc-
Bedroom 1 has a large built in wardrobe, bedroom 2 mirror front wardrobe and chests of drawers.
Bathroom has bath and shower and owners room has ensuite so bathroom is for lodgers use mainly.
Kitchen is large with everything. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Garage is mainly for owner but a large 10x8 secure metal shed is available for bikes etc.
Parking may be on drive but expect to park on road (plenty of room )
Pets are not really welcome as I already have a short haired collie and do not want more !!
Pool is now fully enclosed with lighting. Heated.
The home is offered as a house share basis and this means you are expected to help with cleaning and looking after the place.
