Single Room near Alum Chine Beach!!

Hey all,

My current housemate is moving out at the end of April and I'm looking for someone to replace them and move in from the 15th of May.

The place is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor flat in Westbourne. It's only a 5 minutes walk from the beach, which is ideal in the summer. It's also close to local shops, bus routes and Bournemouth and Westbourne town centres!

**FYI** The room is a partly furnished with a chest of drawers (8.2 x 12.7) but shown as furnished as an example, your bathroom isn't en-suite but will be yours exclusively. The bills are variable but usually range between £180 - £250 per month, including council tax which is band c.

A little bit about me, I'm laid back and down to earth and when I'm not working, I like socialising with friends, traveling, live music, photography and cooking to name a few.

I'm looking for a housemate who's like-minded, someone to socialize with, have a laugh and get on with!
