Stunning room in Westbourne

This is an unusual offer but could suit someone.

I have a spare room furnished with a king-size bed and its own private toilet.

The price of the room is cheaper than most because I am looking for someone to help once in a while babysit or be an extra pair of hands with my kids on occasion like if I need to run to the shop and grab milk etc.

I am a single mum to two incredibly cute and fun children. They attend Nursery full time until 5 pm most days and then it's home to bath and bed, they have a perfect routine at home and at the weekends we try to be out of the house as much as possible.

The flat is a large ground floor space and has a huge garden it’s a ten-minute walk to the beach and the same into Westbourne both important bus stops are a 3 min walk and we are a 30 min walk to Bournemouth town or a ten min bus ride.

We are a fun, positive and relaxed family and weather permitting we are out most of the time.

This might suit someone already in childcare or some living alone who doesn’t like to be alone or maybe misses the energy of a family environment.

I am open to meeting anyone but of course because my children are my world you will need to have a DBS check done and good references.

I am in the process of trying to find a larger house so for now it's temporary at this address for about 1-2 months.

This arrangement has worked so well for me over the past year, my current flatmate has become like family and loves the kids but is now moving in with her boyfriend.
