Hi, I am looking for a lodger, I will consider couples.
The preferred lodger would be working full-time. No students or benefits.

This is not a party house so if you like to live in a nice quiet house, this place will suit you.

Double room with en-suite = Single £650 PCM, Couple £800

The room is fully furnished.
The en-suite has a shower, sink, and toilet.

No washing machine. A launderette is at the top of the road, 2 min walk away. 

To move in, you will need one month's rent and one month's deposit, you can split the deposit over two months if that helps.

Bills included in the rent are Council tax, Water rates, Sewage, Gas, Electricity, and TV licence. 

We are just a 2-minute walk from Westbourne's many shops like major banks, supermarkets, hairdressers, coffee shops, beauty salons, clothing shops, post office, health shops, solicitors, doctors, and chemists, too many to list.

Bournemouth is just a 20-minute walk to the town centre or a 15-minute walk through Alum Chime to get to the beach.

There is a parking space, first come first serve.
