Double room in cosy flat near the beach

I’m looking for a down to earth, tidy person to share my space with.
Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom - I have a love for plants, colours and trinkets so ideal if you like the same sort of space. There is also a shared garden and a woodland path to the beach 30 seconds away, you can be on the beach in 4 minutes <3
I’m after someone friendly and chilled - who values their own space but is also down for a chat or a cuppa/ glass of wine. I’m an outgoing person so I’m up for doing things but I am also a therapist so really appreciate my down time.
The room is part furnished with a bed and mattress so will need some drawers or wardrobe if you have your own. Happy for you to decorate the space as you like!
Bills all included, inc WiFi and streaming services. Parking is on street and doesn’t currently require a permit. I also have a dog Shelby (11 month old Italian greyhound) she’s super friendly so must be cool with that.
