The room itself is generously sized and comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and chest of drawers, as well as an inbuilt wardrobe offering plenty of discreet storage space. You’ll also have your own private bathroom, which includes a full-sized bath—ideal for relaxing after a long day.

The flat is located in a quiet, desirable area near Westbourne, known for its fantastic cafés, independent shops, and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll be just a 15-minute walk from the beach, with several beautiful parks nearby for fresh air and downtime. The A338 is only 5 minutes away by car, making travel convenient, and the building itself is a very modern development with lift access.
The shared kitchen is well-equipped and the overall home is clean, calm, and thoughtfully maintained.

A little about me: I’m Deb, in my 60s and recently retired. I share my home with my very well-behaved and quiet dog 🐶. I enjoy socialising but also value my own space and routine. I go for daily walks and tend to wind down early, usually heading to bed by around 11pm.

I’m looking for a female tenant who is respectful, tidy, kind, and comfortable in a peaceful home environment. This is very much a sanctuary for me, so I’m not looking for someone who enjoys hosting parties, frequently bringing strangers home, or keeping disruptive hours. A calm, considerate lifestyle is important here.
