The room has a single and a double bed, 2 arm chairs, 1 desk and chair, 1 built in wardrobe and 1 free standing wardrobe, a TV, bed side chest of drawers and 3 windows. The house & wildlife friendly garden are large, sharing with a 58 year old female sculptor & an affectionate tabby cat. Must like cats!

Own fridge, cupboards and stainless steel pans in the kitchen. Shared Dining Room and Living Room, large front garden with a pond and fruit trees, large back garden being landscaped with a small stream, smaller side wildflower garden with fruit trees and a patio, shared washing machine. The guest room overlooks the large front garden.

Vegetarian preferred, (but not essential), musician or other creative preferred. WiFi & off road parking, bus stop outside the house, near to shops, nice neighbours. Non smoker preferred, but not essential.

Rent £140pw including bills, except for part of the Council Tax, Band B, depending on circumstances.
