Small double room in quiet location with sea view

We offer a small double bedroom on ground floor in the house, which is being cleaned weekly.

The room is enough spacious and has got small double bed, chest of drawers, bed cabinet, spacious built in wardrobe with plenty of storage on the top. Little table, armchair and mirror.

Room is located on the ground floor and that is the only bedroom on the ground floor. Besides this room on the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom (these areas will be shared).
Living room is facing sea and Portland as well as huge garden with the same beautiful view.

There is two beaches near, one is literally next to the house, less than 1 min walk. Plenty of parking on the road and two allocated spaces in front of the garages.

The house will be shared with small family of 3 with child (5yo), their rooms are upstairs.

House itself is quite old, but is being cleaned weekly. Although, offered room had refurbishment not very long time ago.

There is Wi-Fi in the house, which is included in the price, as well as all bills.

Short term let is considered.
Tenants with cats are considered.
Sorry, no dogs!


We have been letting out this room for more than 2 years now and all our tenants were happy here and sorry to leave.

Bus stop is about 7-10 mins walk using Rodwel trail, buses go both ways Portland and Dorchester.

Ideally would suit female, who doesn’t like crowdy shared accommodations and noisy roads.

£550 a month inc all bills.
