We have one bright double en suite room available for a working professional from about the 10th August. The room is ideal for someone working in the area but going home regularly at weekends or similar. Alternatively, full time, short term stays may be possible. Happy to discuss.

Excellent location in walking distance of Weymouth town centre, college, beach and train station. On bus routes to Dorchester. On street parking available outside the property.
The room has an en suite shower/toilet. There is a tv and kettle in the room too. The room is fully furnished and bedding/towels will be changed regularly (depending on nature of stay).

Access to kitchen/lounge including washing machine.

Please note - single occupancy:

Room is available part time for someone working in the area. Available Monday or Sunday (Eve) through to Friday (or similar) and occasional weekends.

£150 for 7 nights (occasional on agreement)
£135for 5 nights per week
£130 for 4 nights
£120 for 3 nights (min per week)

Please note this would not be suitable as your permanent home. It would suit someone working in the area for a short contract or someone who goes home to their permanent home regularly.
