I work from home and away sometimes I work in the arts
i like to keep the house clean so if you super very messy its a no go
nice garden includes all bills, heating within reason
I will be looking for references and will look at a one to two month trial
you have access to kitchen dining room, garden I don't have a TV but could get the licence if you need to
