Lovely Double room in weymouth near harbor

Hi Im raphael

im looking to share my home here in Weymouth 5 minutes walk to the Harbor 10m to the beach 15m to the train station. looking for a happy easy going person who like the arts and is sociable.

i must point out that the house is for sale and this might be just for 4/6 months but were see what happens as things a really slow with selling

there's a double room 3m x 4m to rent with a bed and cupboard. I'm open to week stays weekends or longer stays with the right person.

I have a dog so you must be happy with dogs
I work from home and am away sometimes
I work in the arts design
i like to keep the house clean so if you super messy its a not going to wor
i have a nice garden to use
this all includes bills, and heating within reason

I will be looking for references from your work and last place you lived and will look at a one to two month trial

you have access to kitchen dining room, garden I don't have a TV

the wifi is good.
