Room available

The room available is a double bedroom priced at £670 per month. It is very quiet and overlooks the back garden. The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk and chair, a small armchair, a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table with drawers, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. All utility bills are included, there is good off road parking and storage for a push bike.

You will have use of the kitchen, the washing machine, and the pleasant garden and patio area. The room is let on a seven-days-a-week basis and rent payments one month in advance.

The bathroom is located next to the bedroom being offered, and there is an additional shower room downstairs. We (my wife and I) use our own en-suite bathroom. It is just the two of us in the house, along with our cat and Labrador dog, so there is plenty of space. The room should be available from now.

This letting is suitable only for one business professionals with a full-time job. Working from home is not permitted, except in limited circumstances.
