Room in Victorian house in Wimborne

The room

Lovely double room available in Wimborne in a large Victorian house with a garden . The household is comprised of myself and my partner, and other lodgers (currently male). We are looking for someone to rent a room next to the shower room (sorry no ensuites in a house this age ) who is respectful and tidy ...(I like to keep a clean tidy house) but also fairly relaxed in attitude.
Smoking is permitted outside only. The rent includes use of the washing machine and kitchen (but you need to provide your own food and washing powder) and clean up well after yourself. There's is also good wifi and all bills are included. Parking is available in the local side street.
We are on a bus route and there is a bus stop just outside. (However we are not close to Bournemouth University so not really suitable for students..). The room would be suitable for a professional working person or contractor working in the area.

We are a relaxed and fairly quiet household and like to meet people before they move in to make sure they will be happy living in our home.
We have two cats so cannot accept anyone with pets. 😊
The current tennant has just given notice so we will be meeting people and showing them round with a view to securing it ready to move in August.
