Everything is nearby! It’s easy to get to the town centre, JPM or Bournemouth Hospital (10 min car or 13 min bike). Also a short walk to to Winton recreation ground, high street shops, Lidl, bars, restaurants, and transport links.

The current housemates are friendly, professionals, age range 20-40, who are tidy and respectful. Would be perfect for a non-smoker suited to a quiet and clean environment, ideal for the occasional home working.

Super fast WiFi, communal lounge and fully equipped kitchen with cupboard space. Washing machine, tumble drier, two fridge freezers, bathroom, second loo, bike shed, and a good size garden which is ideal for a BBQs in the summer!

£500 per month (equivalent £116 per week)
£575 deposit (will be protected)

Live-out accredited landlord, on hand if needed. I manage my property myself and aim to make it a comfortable space.
