I have a large double room available in a first floor maisonette. It has a large bay window with plenty of light, gas central heating and triple glazing. It is a central location a minutes walk from the shops and bus route between Poole and Bournemouth.

The room is for 1 person only. Rent is £550 a month, deposit is £550. Rent includes all bills inc fast fibre broadband.

People often stay long term as it is a quiet property.

We are looking for a similar quiet and clean person.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen There is no shared lounge.

- min contract term 6 months
- The room is for a single person only. No couples.
- Rent includes bills Including fast fibre wi fi, elec, gas, water, council tax
- It is a non smoking house
- Viewings in person only by person looking to take the room
- No virtual viewings available.
- References will be required
- £525 deposit is required deposit goes into deposit protection scheme.
- Mature students will be considered.
- If you abuse alcohol or drugs or smoke weed then its not going to be suitable
