Room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat.

Hello there,
I am looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to share this 2 bed flat with myself from the 1st of March as my current flatmate is moving out (no couples sorry).
I have shared here for 3 years: it is really a nice flat with big shared living-room/kitchen area, a bathroom with wc and little space outside.
The monthly rent is £500 each + bills that are around £150/£200ish each, which covers gas/electricity, home broadband, water and council tax band A.
The room comes furnished or unfurnished: the furniture inside is mine, but if you have your own bed and own furniture, you are welcome to bring it over.
The landlord requires references, so all the paper part is done by an agency: also the deposit will be under the protection scheme.
The flat is on the 1st floor on the main street in Winton, (Wimborne Road) and is only a 1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop 🙂
If you have a car, there is some car park spaces in the roads around the building.
There are lots of shops and eateries very close including Tesco Extra, Papa John's Pizza, Indian and Chinese restaurants all a short walk away:)
Not far from Lidl too 🙂
