Also there is to be no alcohol in the bedroom at all times, due to misuse and damaged caused in the past.

No pets allowed in the property whatsoever as I do not want any infestations throughout the property
If you have any County Court Judgements (CCJ) please also do not apply, you MUST have a CLEAN Record!
The rent is £200:00 per month exclusively for the room only, example 23rd or each month which must be paid by either Direct Debit or Standing Order, no Faster Payments
I will need on Interview the following:
• 4 x references of which one must be from your Employer
• 3 x very current bank statements on interview
• If you have any recent CRB checks to be provided as proof of whom you are.
• And your National Insurance number
Rent does not include Water, Electricity, Gas and Broadband

• FRIDGE (as mine only caters for 1 person)

You will need to provide your own
• food,
• tea,
• coffee,
• Sugar, milk etc.
• small fridge (as mine only caters for 1 person)
• Washing up liquid ― for crockery etc.
• cleaning products, polish, cloths, toilet cleaner, cleaning products for sink and bath
• mirror for the bathroom
• television, radio
Also you will need your own complete
• bedding,
• pillows and cases,
• duvet and covers, sheets
• and an essential for the bed 2 x mattress protector please
• And also you will need your own toiletries, hand/bath towels; there are towel rails in the bathroom saving having damp/wet towels in the bedroom.
• Your own personal bath mats for interior and exterior for your own personal hygiene as I do not supply these items
• I would like you to ensure that you make sure your bedding is laundered every week to ensure that the mattress is protected at all times. Any untold damages would incur costs for replacement of mattress.

Please note that damages/breakages must be paid for from your own contingency fund of £400.00 to cover breakages, damages and cleaning of room at end of moving on = £100.00
BILLS = £125.00 per month cash only = gas, electricity, water & broadband
