I have a double room available to rent in my home. It comes with its own entrance, en suite shower room and its own lounge with mini fridge, tv and broadband.

Daily rates available, midweek or weekend rates would be considered. Suit Professional worker to the area. Contact for availability and Price.

My home is clean and tidy, I would like whoever rents my room to be respectful, tidy & to clean up after themselves. I like to cook, I am an active person, getting out when I can and just want to trust who I rent my room to and relax when I am home or away. I am sociable but also a private person and respect privacy.

My home was altered to offer nightly accommodation but I'm open to longer renting possibilities. With this there is use of the kitchen and utility room There is allocated parking. Bills are included and wifi.

My home is in Wool, there is a doctors, dentist, village shops, various pubs, post office, hardware, takeaways, petrol stations and Mainline railway station (London Waterloo to Weymouth).

Its a great place to live especially if you like the countryside, plenty of local walks and the sea's not far away.
