Spacious Double room

Hi, we have a large double room to let in a lovely, contemporary, rangey bungalow with plenty of parking.

We meed someone willing to do household chores and dog walking/sitting. Dog and cat lovers a MUST! The cleaning, gardening and dog sitting/walking is condilusive to the rent per week.

We are a friendly, approachable couple, looking for a professional person who is easy-going, friendly, tidy and polite.

Private dnsuite/shower We have three bathrooms in all and 4 toilets so never any issues with bathroom/toilet availability.

Access to one of the two shared living room spaces

There is a double bed in the large double, cozy room with a smart TV on the wall, storage, contemporary hanging rail and a settee. In your room there is a small fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and kettle with fresh supply of milk weekly for your convenience. You can also use a large shelf for food storage in our American fridge freezer.

What is most important is that you love animals, as we have 3 small dogs and two cats. They are our family too.

It is a relaxed house. It's a home from home.

We have very fast Fibre Broadband connection throughout the large bungalow, which is included in the fee.

Other benefits include plenty of off road parking on the private driveway, use of a shared garden space, use of high tech running machine and a relaxed, contemporary, warm inviting space.

We just ask for a quite, easy going, tidy, respectful tenant, with no overnight guest stays. The room is not offered on a permanent residence.

A reference is required, so please advise if this will be an issue for you. You can ask for a reference from us too!
