Bright double room + lots of storage in 2 bed flat

My name is Georgie and I'm looking for someone to share this well-located, simple, sunny flat when my current housemate moves out. The room gets a lot of light, has a good heater and a huge built-in closet for storage.
We are right next to dock park with a direct path to the bandstand right next to us. It is a 15 minute walk to town, 30 minutes to the Crichton campus, and 20 minutes to the train station.
The flat overall is fairly small and simply furnished (including my attempt to keep some plants alive), the shared areas feel open and spacious, and in general the space is cozy and bright.
I recently completed a postgraduate course in Environmental Communication at the local University of Glasgow campus and now work, often remotely.
I enjoy a calm and friendly environment in the flat. I love to read, listen to music, pet the neighbour's cat Roxy and enjoy a nice chat at the end of the work day!
