One room in a private property. All bills covered except your food! Sky tv in bedroom. nice back garden with summerhouse and the use of a hot tub spa as long as we discuss running costs depending on how long it is switched on.
STRICTLY NO daily big drinkers. I don’t mind alcohol and I love sitting in my garden having a few sociable ones, but I don’t want to live with someone who is constantly drunk.
Room is not en suite, the bathroom is downstairs with a toilet and shower.
