I will have a double room to rent in my semi-detached house in October when my youngest moves out (at last lol). It will be freshly decorated and furnished by then. There is a shated bathroom with over bath shower. Shared lounge and kitchen/dining room off. There is a drive which 2 cars fit in easily. There is a large fenced back garden (approx 100ft long) accessed via patio doors from the dining room, it is mostly grass with a patio area at the end.
I am an easy going person who likes a tidy house, I work full time.
