I have a large detached Bungalow with 2 double rooms. I will be living in and own 2 dogs, therefore dog lovers a must. There is currently one room available until mid August 2016.
Very secure house with locked gates to rear. Ample off road parking for several cars available plus access to garage for storage. Lovely sunny garden to the back with patio area and garden furniture. Within the house there is a large kitchen with all necessary appliances, separate dinning room and Media room with 90inch Projector screen - perfect for movies! Monthly rent includes gas/elec, council tax, sky/netflix and wifi. £50 supplement per month for couples to cover extra share of bills.

There are 3 railway stations - Singer (8 min), Drumry (5min) and Clydebank (15 min walk), taking 20 minutes to get to Glasgow city centre. Clydebank itself has numerous shops and a shopping centre. 30 minutes drive to Loch Lomond. Nearby cycle routes to the west coast/loch lomond.

I am a 30 year old nurse working in a local hospital and my partner works offshore so is away a third of the year. I don't like parties etc in my house but don't mind small gatherings. I am looking for young professionals or mature students, tenants must be tidy, respectful and trust worthy. I would aIlow short term lets but prefer at least 3-6 months. I would prefer females and as I mentioned above... dog lovers a must!
