Double room available in Aberystwyth Town centre in a beautiful large flat situated in a grade 2 listed building. The room is quite big with beautiful full length windows and wooden shutters on the inside.

Furnished with double bed, drawers, wardrobe, and TV. Flat has a large kitchen, bathroom with a shower over a bath, and shared living room. No garden but there is a fire escape you can sit on to look at the downstairs garden, and no designated parking. Washing machine included and a laundromat just across the road if you want to use a dryer.

Utilities and council tax included - couples are welcome to be considered but there may be a small monthly increase to cover increased utility usage which will be discussed and agreed upon if moving forward.

Available short term (1 month minimum) or longer on a rolling monthly basis, and for summer let's.

Current occupant is myself, 30 year old professional working from home. LGBT friendly, and willing to share craft supplies. I also have a very friendly and polite 17 year old cat Robbie, so someone who is alright living with a cat is pretty essential.
