Bills (gas, electricity) £36 per month on average. If you are not a full time student, then you will have to pay your share of the council tax, as well.

***CLEAR AGREEMENTS MAKE GOOD FRIENDS***
The lucky (!) one who will be sharing the flat with me is supposed to stick to these simple rules:
1) HOME CHORES. Common spaces (kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom) need to be kept clean!
Once a week we clean the common areas (we will be 2 sharers, so your shift is every 2 weeks): skipping your weekly shift is not allowed. If you are not able to do it (say, you are working/studying, sick or out of town), ask me to swap turn or call a cleaner who will be more than happy to help you in exchange for some quid. (While on holiday for more than one week you are not expected to do the chores).
Your duties go beyond the 'once a week' chores shift: you are expected to keep things as you found them, so please rinse and wipe the bathtub after taking shower, wipe the table after using them, dry the splashes of water after using the sink...and so on. No need to list everything...right?! :)
2) Do not disturb the peace while you are in, but be as lively and cheerful as possible when hanging out together! :)
3) Always wash the dishes and clean the hob after cooking/eating (sorry, no dishwasher in the house!). I love experimenting with foods in the kitchen, but I also love to find clean pans, pots and knives I can cook with! ;)
4) Take your shoes off (and ask your visiting friends to do the same) as you enter the apartment; also, please do not leave more than one pair of shoes out of the coat/shoes closet.
5) Visitors and friends are more than welcome to stay and sleep in your room. Should they stay here longer than a reasonable amount of time (over 2 weeks) you might be asked to pay a share of the bills also on their behalf.

***ABOUT THE OTHER FLATMATE***
Giorgio: I am a 35-year-old Italian dentist. I love music (I play bass; funk, rock and jazz are my favourite genres), fiction (cinema, TV series, video games, comics/mangas), I try to go to gigs/concerts as often as I can; I also have a passion for languages and travelling, Japan, chocolate and cooking.
Every now and then I play tennis with friends, even if I prefer to play basketball (which unfortunately doesn't seem to be very popular here in the UK!).
I like to enjoy my time out with friends, although most of the times I am too tired to go out and I prefer to spend my evenings at home after work.
