The house is right in the heart of Borth village, less than a minute’s walk from the sea and within easy reach of Aberystwyth and Machynlleth. Would also suit two friends looking to rent rooms in the same peaceful home together.

Back Room – £470 PCM (adjoining kitchen, cosy room)
Front Room – £490 PCM (sea view and study area)

Each lodger has their own private room and shared access to a well-kept kitchen and bathroom.

The home is comfortably furnished and ideal for someone who appreciates quiet, simplicity, and a real sense of home. The train station is just a short walk away, and buses run regularly to nearby Aberystwyth and Machynlleth.
