Double room for rent

2nd floor bedroom for rent; unfurnished. Looking for a house mate that only wishes to rent out Monday to Friday but willing to be flexible if we get along. No guests other than yourself are allowed into the house without permission from myself prior to.

Amenities available to you;

Bedroom, Bathroom (with shower and bath), Garden, Kitchen, Back Kitchen (Utility/Storage room), Garage (more of a storage area at the moment) and Swimming Pool.

I have three border collies of who are reactive. I would suggest you only apply if you like dogs and will understand to leave them alone until they are settled with you. I also have ducks and rabbits but they shouldn't affect you.

Friendly neighbourhood with a shop, chemist, petrol station and park nearby. Trostre only a four minute drive away. Easy access to M4.

The house is end-terraced. There are cameras up in the living room, hallway, garden and kitchen so you must be prepared to be okay with this. They are only looked at if something happens/if necessary.

The living room I am reluctant to share however, willing to change that if we get along.

The property comes with super fast fibre broadband, Sky Cable, Netflix and all bills included. No parties and no smoking/drugs and preferably no alcohol.

Professionals preferred but I am flexible.

Parking is available across the road in the public car park or outside of my garage door.
