Ideally located close to the town centre, with the hospital and a range of local amenities all within easy walking distance.

The lodger will have shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room & garden. On‑street parking is available close by. All bills, broadband and council tax are included in the rent.

I’m a professional who works weekdays and is usually out most evenings, so the house is generally quiet. I’m looking to share with someone who is also professional or simply well‑mannered, tidy and considerate. Although I don’t have a pet of my own, I do occasionally look after friends’ dogs, so please keep this in mind.
