Double Room for Rent

I have a double room available in my house in Llechryd.

Given the challenges of the cost of living I am keen to offer affordable accommodation to people living locally who are not in a position to rent a whole property. From my previous lodgers I have learnt things work well when people have similar values, common interests and approaches to home life. I have a strong interest in the environment, learning to adapt to low carbon living, whilst still finding time to enjoy what life has to offer. I have a number of outdoor hobbies including cycling, rock climbing and sea kayaking.

I am offering a good sized double bedroom within a 3 bedroom semi detached house with a sunny garden. There is a shared bathroom, a shared kitchen and a separate shared living/dining space. On street parking is available outside the house or it’s a short walking distance to a bus stop with hourly connections to Cardigan or Newcastle Emlyn. Monthly rent is inclusive of all utility bills, council tax and internet. I currently get 20Mb broadband connection.

The room would suit a person happy to share a living space, able to contribute to maintaining the house and garden areas for the benefit of the whole household. It would be ideal if you were also interested in exploring adapting to a lower carbon lifestyle.
