The bathroom is shared (with one other - my 23 year old son who is quiet and respectful).
The kitchen is available for the most part for the sole use of the lodger. (Mine is on the other side of the house in the annex). Own entrance. Kitchen includes: Oven, hob, fridge freezer, dining table.
There is a large productive garden that wraps around the entire property.
I live in the linked but separate 1 bedroom annex so the lodger would have their own entrance and kitchen area.
I have a lovely Jack russel dog and would like a dog friendly lodger.
My son is training as a Tennis Coach and is away a lot travelling and gearing up to leave home in the forseeable future. So the lodger would have space to themselves in their side of the house for much of the time.
